The juncture of the tub and tub walls was inundated with mold. The toilets ball valve did not seal so noise from refilling the tank made noise every few minutes through the night.

the property was dirty there were bugs, no toilet paper dirty sheets and linen. the tub was disgusting and moldy. They didnt even give us our correct room. Curtains and floors were stained and had a white substance. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This property should never be on your list of places to stay. From the long brown hair in the sink and pillow, to the sticky desktop, clogged toilet upon arrival, drug induced shady characters walking through the hallways and around the property, and the staff! If you see this review it is your sign to pick somewhere else! After paying for 7 days I checked out after 1 night because it was so disgusting and guess what?!? They even kept my money for the remaining 6 nights! Stay away from this place

Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsDidn't have enough towels, only have us 1 more towel when we needed 2, we needed another planket and sheet also since they didn't have a room with 3 beds or a fold out. Didn't get a extra blanket or sheet either. Online when i booked it showed a outdoor pool and my kids were looking forward to swimming. Get checked in and the pool is gross and closed for maintenance. If it would have said that online i would have never booked at this hotel. The shower curtain was literally broke in several places not even fully hanging. They wouldn't replace it. For some reason it's not letting me add pics. If it decides to work I'll add them later. Right now it won't let me

The condition of the room was bad. Needed some repairs and desperately needed some paint. The beds appeared to be clean though.

I choose this property because it was advertised they had a decent clean pool. So i booked my room for 3 nights thinking so the pool will be amazing when its 100 degrees.. Well once i arrive and get to see the pool, it is horrible. The pool had obviously not been cleaned or serviced at all this season. So it would of just been nice to knkw that the pool was closed before
