The hotel is going through some type of renovation and it's obvious they're not maintaining the old suites currently being rented out... the carpet was stained, smelled and was sticky,leaving the bottoms of socks dirty... the shower caulking was all moldy and the entire room was "damp", leaving the towels and any clothing out of the suitcase with a damp feeling.

Catfished by a hotel.

The only good thing about the stay was the staff. The front desk lady was nice and polite. But the hotel room itself was filthy. I even felt itchy laying on the bed! The bathroom looked like a gas station previously occupied the business and there were dirty stains on the floor which didn’t make it appealing to use. The chairs had dog scratches on it, and the lighting from the hallways were so dim, they could get a deal from Hollywood to make the next big horror film. This isn’t what the photos looked like from the hotel app, I was greatly deceived and I didn’t stay longer than 5 hours before leaving the place cause it was so gross. I’ll pay more money next time to stay at a hotel that’s cleaner and better than this. Nothing comfortable about the stay, disgusting place. I’d want some of my money back considering I didn’t even stay the night. Worst hotel experience thus far. Definitely avoid this hotel, and possibly others in the future.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and the area outside was clean as well. This place has a hot tub and indoor pool. Hot breakfast was also provided, and it was also good. Great job!
