Needs to be looked at
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was difficult to go up with a suitcase to the second floor , because they had no elevator, they also did not have a soap dish of any kind to put your soap on, while you are showering ,also no toilet tissue holder?? The shower area and some of the flooring are new, but what gives with the basic essentials??

The hotel has a good pool, daily breakfast, two parkings and the staff is friendly. I stayed on the first floor and my room was big and clean, with shower, little refrigerator and a cold a/c. BUT....the shower is small, the water temperture is either too hot or too cold, when we used the towels it was very difficult to obtain clean towels again, because they don't have enough. Also you need to request toilet paper and clean service and is not good (only change bath trash can and bring one or two new towels and we were 4). The room didn't have window, outlets, trash can, phone, hangers, good lightning and some sheets and towels had stains. The breakfast is the same every day in Marcos Pizza attached facilities and the egg taste fishy.

The rooms are just okay. No microwave, no iron, no hair dryer, no electrical outlet in bathroom, not all room outlets are in working condition. Walls are thin and you can hear all noises.. Asked for towel at 10pm and was told all towels were dirty? A hotel without clean towels? Breakfast is pretty poor, eggs are not good at all. However staff was very cordial.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you didn't have a pleasant experience with us. I will take the opportunity to clarify some of your input. We DO have a microwave available 24/7 in the lobby. Irons with their boards and Hair blowers also available upon request in the lobby as well. At 10pm we do not have any maids available for service since we request all our guests to use our Maid Service Signs conveniently placed behind the door before 9am. In the lobby we only have access to Pool Towels. We do hope you visit us again to enjoy all our amenities and have a pleasant visit. Thanks!
