Total Disorganisation - no sign of any management.

My room was not fully cleaned on my 4pm arrival and there was layers of thick very smelly polish on the floor. I had to ask the stressed out front desk 4 times to have the room cleaning finished...finally I asked for a new room at 7pm and was shown 3 more rooms which had not been cleaned. The poor girl on reception was totally untrained and seemed to be having long conversations all of the time on the phone. The roof top breakfast area was under renovation. Old mattresses were piled up in the halls. I had been fooled by the old reviews on Trip Adviser which I soon realised were 2 years old.
It needs to be managed professionally as the location is super. I hope they will sort themselves out. I cancelled after one night and moved elsewhere.
