Avis Spacious family home super cozy with every comfort

We booked this apartment for our family of 7. When we got the address provided a lady inside confirmed the owners name but said this was not a short term rental property. The owner had no communication and on the day before had no information on checking in. We also tried the phone number listed but it was disconnected.
