Merveilleuse et exceptionnelle maison de charme luxueuse dans un village toscan renaissance d'Arez

Arezzo ,passée dans cette magnifique maison ayant conservé tous ses attributs d'époque, mais dotée de tout le confort et d'un luxe raffiné.Excellent accueil de Stefano très chaleureux et sympathique, expliquant la restaurati
on magnifique et si réussie qu'il a réalisée avec maestria.
L'emplacement est parfait dans le Centre historique d'Arezzo,près de la Casa Vasari ou de la chapelle San Domenico, mais tres calme car a l'ecart des rues passantes.Un parking gratuit est proche et la maison offre tout le confort necessaire pour le petit dejeuner ou les repas.Une excellente pâtisserie salon de thé café se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue.Un restaurant épicerie Mazzoni avec excellente cuisine locale se trouve tout près.
Excellents lits, chambres décorées avec beaucoup de soin et de goût, et salles de bains luxueuses mais dans l'esprit des lieux.Monumentale cheminée d'époque, sols du XVIIeme
siècle, plafonds avec poutres, évier datant de l'époque de la maison mais tres pratique, meubles anciens,..., autant de particularites et de détails qui font de ce lieu un enchantement pour un séjour merveilleux.
Grand merci a Stefano pour cet accueil d'un autre temps dans ce si beau village très riche culturellement et heureusement encore peu touristique.
Nous reviendrons le plus vite possible.

Quiet and restful
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayArezzo is a quiet town and excellent location to tour around Tuscany. The old town and sites are beautiful. It is easy to walk around and the apartments are well located to stores. The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well.

The apartment was wonderful, the location was wonderful and Stefano was wonderful. I could write and tell you all kinds of great details, but I think you just need to discover them for yourself and then you could also describe it as wonderful. Best VRBO experience I have ever had. A gem of a find!

From the moment we arrived, Stefano (and his gorgeous dog Spritz) made us feel completely at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with classic Italian charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the elegant decor to the stunning bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Arezzo and nearby cities and towns (Florence, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona and San Gimignano). The location is unbeatable. It is in a quiet area and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The car parking area was also close by. We never had trouble securing a space each day. Our host, Stefano, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips and restaurant recommendations and even cooking an amazing meal for us on our last night. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more special, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Overall, this apartment in Arezzo is a gem, combining comfort, style, and an authentic Tuscan experience. We would return in a heartbeat, especially in winter, when we can enjoy the magnificent fireplace, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms. He is a gracious host and an excellent instructor in making homemade pasta. He was most helpful suggesting sites to visit and excellent dining recommendations at every turn. Should our travels find us in Arezzo again this is where we will stay

You will also know it is not because of the property alone - it is a reflection of the owner. Locanda Bellavita is spectacular, but Stefano (and his adorable dog “Spritz”) makes staying here so very special. We arrived as guests and departed after 2 fabulous weeks as family.
Please take the time to read through the reviews. Ethan S. added his on February 14th and articulated perfectly what a stay here is like. He wrote it on Valentine’s Day which is entirely appropriate since each and every review is quite simply a love letter to Stefano…and “Spritz”! We can’t wait to return! xo

Could not have been better.
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayStephano goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The place was comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed getting to know our host and his city. The kitchen is well appointed with a well stocked wine rack. Read through the reviews, they are accurate! Comfortable bedding, lovely surroundings and, oh yes, a wonderful bakery across the street. Highly recommended!
