Great customer service, very kind! Clean rooms and very close to several restaurants. There is a McDonald’s pretty much in the same parking lot as the hotel so that’s super convenient. Great price as well!

Needs improvements

Smoke detector chirping at 6:30 am, coffee maker doesn’t work, light in room constant flicker. Continental breakfast the very bare minimum.

My specific room could use an update for sure. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the tub needs recaulked. The ceiling throughout was separating and needs fixed. Definitely not worth the money. I left early.

We appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments on to the proper department to have this room inspected. We are disappointed to hear you were unhappy with your room; The front desk would have been happy to relocate you to a closer room had we had the opportunity. Our check out time is at 11am, but you checked out at 6:00 am. We also have a option to leave the keys in your room. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future.

Coffee pot not clean black mold on it floors dirty mirror and tv screen dirty. More like a cheap workers place to stay

Jeff, coffee pot didn't had a mold, but the bottom plate had a burn marks. Our housekeeping dept. had replaced a brand new coffee pot. We appreciate your feedback. Hope to see you soon on your next visit.

Breakfast was lacking, when we checked in I guess our room had just been cleaned cause the floor was soaked in cleaner.
