Got checked in quick and easy. Brought all belongings to room. Noticed toilet was not working properly. Notified the front desk. Was asked to bring all belongings back out of the room and to front desk to receive new room key. Which was a struggle since I had so much due to attending birthday party. Got to new room that was provided, and was kindly upgraded to a suite!! That accommodation made the hassle of juggling belongings back and forth worth it! Nice work BW in Ark City, KS!

Our stay

The only problem that we had the shower the water pressure it wasn’t enough that water kept turning off while you were in the shower and you’d have to pull the shower plug on and off a couple times to get it to come back and it would stop. I was surprised that we didn’t have made service on Saturday because we didn’t have fresh towels that would probably be my only complaint other than that we had an excellent visit and stay.

Water issues

We're very sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations! There is a notice posted, at the front desk, for all guests to see, at check in, regarding the water issue. This issue is city-wide, unfortunately.Upon receiving the call from Expedia, we did give a complete refund for this inconvenient misunderstanding.
