Check in was a breeze, and the room was spacious and well appointed. Given time of year the room was very cozy and warm. A quiet motel and easy parking. Will stay again.

We booked several weeks in advance but the room allocated was not the most convenient (up a couple of flights of stairs as opposed to a ground floor room). The entry door to the room had a safety chain that had been installed incorrectly so was unusable.

The room that was allocated to you was what you booked online and in the room description it states that the room is located upstairs.Unfortunately was not aware of the safety chain not able to be used. Friendly staff, check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. It was close to resturants and shops. One thing that can be improved is the soundproofing of the room. We can hear people coming back late at night and the water running in the bathroom next door.
