I love that the room has another room inside with doors to separate the kids from the big bed. It is so convenient and big enough for the family with three kids...So convenient to walk to Central Park as it just infront of it and you can walk with the pram and kids going to the shops... Less than 10 mins.walk to shops.

Great central location for exploring Armidale. It was difficult to find staff - even during advertised reception hours

Great location great amenities except for the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom.

When the people above our room number 16, showered the water poured through our ceiling fan all over the toilet… smelt very musty due to dampness… I am sure there will be a mould issue….

The place had its deficiencies, but for the money we paid and the personal service we enjoyed, we could not fault our stay.

The kitchenette and overall room was great! I think the bathroom although very nicely renovated needs some heating as very cold in the winter !
