Plenty of room in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit! Clean and had a mini bar! Felt safe and it was quiet! Staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

The pictures were misleading. We were given a room that looked nothing like what was advertised. The light in the bathroom took ages to work. The toilet seat was loose. Stains on the sheets. The only good thing was the location.

I was not given the room which was advertised.
Because it was a busy night, I was given an unrenovated room, despite only pictures of the renovated rooms being advertised.
I paid for a Queen room but was put in Room 1 which is an older style room with only a double bed. I would not have booked at Estelle Kramer had I known I would have been given an unrenovated room. Even the towel rail was missing from the bathroom

Booked for a last minute stay and was great value for money! Room was fresh and updated, shower pressure great, heating with ac and electric blankets was appreciated. Close to town and all amenities. Would choose again for a budget stay that is clean and comfortable.
