Great space for our stay during a wedding weekend.
Posted May 5, 2024 on HomeAwayVery clean. Loved the porch and table fire! Parking wasn’t a problem, we found the garage right away but didn’t need it. Pool was empty, couldn’t find the hot tub, didn’t matter, sitting on the porch watching the lake was awesome! The mattress in the master wasn’t in the best shape. Make sure you bring bath soap, and shampoo.You will need kitchen staples, salt/pepper, sugar, but there was coffee! I would recommend bottled water, and store bought ice… Fridge probably just needs new filters. All in all for our little party it was all we needed! (In fairness, I did not reach out to the hosts as it was such a brief stay and super early season ). Everything we wanted to do or see or eat or drink was within 10 minutes! Thank y’all so much!

It is unfortunate you did not reach out during your stay as we could have easily remedied a few items for you.
The outdoor pool is only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, however, the indoor pool with hot tub was available during your stay.
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available in cabinets in both bathrooms.
Kitchen staples such as salt and pepper are in a cabinet next to the coffee, and coffee filters. We do not keep sugar in the unit. We also have supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc available in the unit.
Clean filtered water and ice is available from the fridge. We will replace the water filter to ensure this.

Family fun at Okoboji
Posted Apr. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Newport Bridge. The instructions given by the guest were concise and made accessing the VRBO simple and easy upon arrival. The condo was very clean, the furniture was tasteful and great quality. We have stayed many places with our family and this is likely the best place we have stayed. Oh! And the view from the balcony was SO peaceful. Sitting out there in the mornings and evenings cannot be beat. We came to Okoboji a little early to the season but we still found plenty to do. I also recommend Kurio Kastle for anyone that has kids, to go and paint some pottery to take home as a souvenir.
