This is a very old hotel with average services. Old mechanical phone in room with no service directory, no locker / safe in the room, no alcohol or outside food allowed in hotel so you cannot do room party, old bathroom, avoidable breakfast. I would not recommend.

Comfortable Hotel

Lovely Hotel with some glitches! Spent 3 nights here in Dec 2019. Service at this hotel is slow. Our bill was incorrect which wasted a bit of our time. Shout out to Kirti and Monika for the friendly assistance. The New Years eve gala dinner was fabulous.

Mosquito infested

Terrible, mosquito infested hotel with dirty sheets. I booked a deluxe room with KING bed and was placed in a room with twin beds and mosquitoes. I had to leave to another hotel the next day and hotel refused to refund my money for the two nights I didn’t stay. They kept trying to force me into other rooms. I looked at two other rooms and tried to stay in one and still had mosquitoes plus you could hear the sound of water trickling down from the room upstairs. Hotel manager, Ischan, was terrible and refused to take my calls. Please don’t attempt to leave some silly response to this honest review. I travel all over the world and this is the first place I’ve ever had to leave and make a serious complaint about. I hopes hotels.com takes them off their bookings. I will post video and pictures if there is an attempt to dupe people into thinking this is someone just complaining for no reason. I have due cause. Horrible place. Made my visit to Goa a bad one and tainted my India trip.
