Thank you for your valuable review. Yes, we are located right off of Highway 101 so our rooms do hear the traffic noises. We do our best to accommodate all guests that wish to be in a quiet location, however it is not always possible.

Bathroom had pink mold in the corners. Front desk kept a list of complaints and added mine. I also told them of crumbling drywall hidden by peeling off wallpaper. She said all the bathrooms will be remodeled. At breakfast, a deafening alarm sounded off triggered by a ceiling leak to the first floor rooms, later blocked while plumbing work was done. 3 fire truck came within a few minutes. How did I know? I heard the firemen conversing as to cause. Breakfast was decent - oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, apples, oranges, cereal, eggs, sausage and muffins. An inventory checklist of what needs to be done and prompt quality maintenance work would elevate quality of Hampton Inn. Hilton brand is a brand of lower quality and poor management. Before Hilton, Hampton was clean and well maintained.

We regret that we missed the mark on your most recent stay with us. I understand that you were dissatisfied with condition of guest bathroom which we will be renovating this fall. I want you to know that we are using this feedback to improve our guest experience in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused when the fire alarms went off. Fire department and elevator company had to inspect elevators to make sure everything was safe, and operable.Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback.
