Hidden gem

The property was just as it was described and reviewed. It was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Despite it being close to a main road, by nighttime it was extremely quiet! No traffic noise, no barking dogs. The location was convenient and close to SLO and Pismo Beach. It is well-priced and a perfect place to stay for a short or long trip. Marvin did a beautiful job decorating the unit with Native American touches. The appliances are in excellent condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. If you are looking for a well-priced, quiet, stand alone cottage, this is the place for you!! Don’t miss out!

Super Stay!

The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, compact, and homey. Check in was a breeze due to keyless entry and the code being shared before arrival. The garden was gorgeous! A lovely location to spend a few days. Marvin is a responsive host, he answered all my questions and emails both prior to and during the stay. Close to several beautiful areas and beaches. We saw so much of the countryside and ate at several great restaurants.

Laura is one of a few favored return guests that have come to call the Chalet her second home. Her sojourns bring her to us a couple of weeks each spring to visit family and friends and to enjoy the wildflower bloom and outdoor activities of the Central Coast. Laura is always a delight to have stay in the Chalet. In observance of our House Rules, she left the Chalet clean and tidy (spotless in fact, said housekeeping). Long time Slo local visiting from San Diego. This place is in a great location, quiet, peaceful, and lots of culture especially if you want to do wine tasting in the valley or hit the beach.

Comfortable stay

Lovely Southwestern artifacts and art abound in this little cottage. Furnished for comfort with an artistic flair, outdoor area is a thoughtful bonus.
