Stayed here for one night and never again. Shower curtain was stained. No hot watwr to shower in the morning. Beds were terrible. My 8 yr old said all you could feel was the wires(springs). Bed I slept in was sunken in. Paper thin walls. Flooring is uneven. A 2x4 is used to make the bed level. Flooring material is painted concrete and plywood.

We are so sorry for your experience. It was our last room available and it was a pet room, hence the old flooring. Our standard is much higher and we didn’t meet it for you. Please accept our sincere apologies.

This guest didn’t even stay with us. He cancelled day of, in the busiest week of the year and got upset about the cancellation penalty.

I didn’t feel safe when outside the facility (in a pretty rundown area) but I had my son and adult grandson with me and they really liked it. It was very close (feet) from a heavily traveled road. There was a significant smell of marijuana smoke in the area. Last thought was the twin bed mattresses were not comfortable. On the positive side it was very historic with lots of amenities like a kitchen, pool table, and outdoor grilling area and it was pet friendly.

Thank you, Donna for the reveiw. We are glad your son and grandson really liked it here. I wish they wrote the review. Surprised our charming historic village seemed run down so you. We are actually in the most in desired area in Taos. That it is not as fancy as say aspen or Santa Fe is usually a compliment. Thanks for the other details. We wish you all the best and are thankful you stayed with us.
