Close to the airport, property not in great condition, i know this is Africa but i would give it 2-2.5 stars

1st i was a late arrival due to unforseen driving circumstances. Once i arrived the receptionist was asleep, the reservation details were not available or accessible by the receptionist, i was given my room nonetheless, the wifi in my room did not work, the remote for the heat and AC was not in the room it had to be delivered by front desk receptionist, no wash clothes were set up in the room as well. Otherwise, the people were polite and friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was fair. I liked the hotel and setting as well. The executive cottage was very nice.
I would gladly return and recommend it to others. However my lady suggested that they aren't up to standard of a 5 ☆ hotel. I'm not sure which level they claim to be rated as.

We are 5 star hotel in the outskate of Arusha and the most closest hotel from Arusha Airport as you may have seen.We are deighted to read from your end and the feedback therein.We have noted the irruegularities during your checkin in the comment and which is a history today. We have done a lot of adjustements to address your comments and if you should try us today you wil realise facelifts in all areas from reception, to guest arrival information, melas, wifi, cleanliness, ambiance etc..We are greatly proud of you as our customer in that you are looking forward to staying with us again.Our door is wide open waiting for you.

Double Charge.
Publié le 2 janv. 2021 sur HotelsEverything was good until it was time to leave. I prepaid my booking through Hotels.com but the hotel made me pay again or they wouldn’t let me leave and they said Hotels.com didn’t pay them. This is the second time this had happened to me.
