A MOST ENJOYABLE STAY

Pour : We enjoyed location, park, house, bungalows, very friendly and well trained staff and management, good food. Wonderful and most recommended.
Contre : Really nothing striking in that respect. Only disapointment was there is hardly any access to the lake. Don't go there for the lake!
Emplacement : A little remote from the city center but close to it. Very secured area.
We were two families traveling individually, with 4 kids aged 11 to 16. Two nights at Serena Duluti Lake in 4 separate bungalows.

Service is excellent, food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, there is an AC unit in the room I am staying in.
The room is decorated in a style that speaks to the region. The WiFi is best in the common area which is typical for hotels in this country. There is consistent hot water for the shower which I did not experience in any other hotel here. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The staff was very kind in accommodating my requests. I started the trip here and ended the trip here and I am so happy I did.

This is a beautiful, quiet property with excellent staff. We had a room with a large king, and twin bed, perfect for families. It is a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Arusha. Wonderful place to stay with the bonus of several monkeys on the property for entertainment.
