Ok stay at this hotel. The staff and the food made that stay worth it, both were excellent. The hotel is quite far for the city center, but it's ok. The hotel have a driver that will take you there, but the city of Arusha is not really nice. You can't walk 2 min without someone pushing you to buy junk stuff. The pool was dirty and really not inviting, but wifi was really good. Some roomnhave a fridge other not, one night the AC didn't work, it was really hot in the room. The hotel is not sound proof, you'll here dog, rooster, and your neighbor...

The team is very motivated by your kind words. Our driver is always available to drive our guests to town (which is less than 4km away) and during your next stay we can arrange for someone to escort you around if you feel uncomfortable walking around Arusha. We offer a mini-fridge on request for our guests but we are planning to soon add fridges to all our rooms. I am also sorry you had an issue with your air conditioner and would like to note that we have recently serviced all of our air conditioners to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.

ne très bonne étape près d'Arusha

Une très bonne étape où nous avons passé 2 nuits lors d'un safari.
Le personnel est très sympathique, le wifi fonctionne très bien, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable (très bon lit), la piscine est agréable et le petit déjeuner est bon.
Que demander de plus ?
Sans oublier que le prix est très raisonnable.

Décevant, mauvais rapport qualité prix

Chambre vieillotte, lit peu confortable, wifi non fonctionnel. Problème sanitaire.
Petit déjeuner à l'image du reste, décevant, juste le strict minimum, et encore.
Dommage car le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable.
