Beautiful property. Rooms are very small however and distances are far.

Room was very comfortable but small. Loved the finish, biew and toiletries but the in hotel prices for food and drink were too high.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, das Hotel ist gut an der Costa Smeralda gelegen! Leider gibt’s es dennoch ein paar „Abers“. Erst mal zu den positiven Dingen: das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade und hatten l eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick! Wasser stand den ganzen Tag kostenlos zu Verfügung. Fitnessstudio ist super ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und es war für alle was dabei. Mir war bewusst, dass man in einem teuren Hotel drauf zahlen muss, wenn man Zusatzleistungen nutzen möchte, dennoch finde ich 8,50 für eine Cola oder 10 Euro für ein Bier schon sehr viel. Das Zimmer war zwar schön und sauber, allerdings absolute Norm, für den Zimmerpreis hatte ich anderes erwartet. Unsere Klimaanlage haben wir zum Glück kaum gebraucht, die hat nämlich Geräusche wie ein LKW gemacht. Tennisplatz 55 Euro pro Stunde (was bei den meisten Hotels kostenlos ist) schon sehr sehr teuer. Padel kostet nochmal 5 Euro mehr. Abends waren wir einmal im Restaurant vor Ort, die Pizza war sehr gut. Jedoch die Vorspeise war eher enttäuschend. Es stand nur Tomate mit Burrata zur Wahl…was man bekommen hat, war jedoch Mozzarella - 26 Euro hierfür zu verlangen war dann doch etwas unverschämt. Der Saunabereich war schön, sauber und wir hatten unsere Ruhe vor Ort, allerdings muss man einen Slot buchen worauf uns niemand Anfang hinwies, daher konnten wir sie dann nur einmal nutzen leider.

Luxury, but with small 'buts'

Fridge was noisy buzzing all night long - so we couldn't sleep. We complained in the reception the next morning. They sent a technician who didn't fix it proberbly. So we just turned it off for the rest of our stay. Didn't have anything cold to drink then. We should've had a new room/ apartment insteed of this but we didn't want to complain anymore. But it should have been offered us, as it was a quiet expensive stay. Music by pool was unnesseraly annoying and housekeeping round 21.00 (new towels) likewise.
