This smartly finished and newly renovated three-room top-floor vacation flat is located in a private residential complex on the magnificent Gulf of Arzachena, within easy walking distance from Baia Sardinia and a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda.
It has one large living-dining area with a trundle single bed, a furnished and functional kitchen; one master room and another bedroom with two single bunk beds (a camping bed for kids can be added); one shower room, and two wide balconies, one of them facing on the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The residential complex has a big private communal sheltered-from-the wind swimming pool, the beach 150 meters far and a small Marina from which the marvelous Islands of Caprera and La Maddalena can be reached.


The apartment, recently and finely renovated, is located in a private residential complex and overlooks the wonderful Gulf of Arzachena.
It is located on the top floor and consists of a large living-dining area with functional / equipped kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, hob and essentials); a double bedroom and another with two beds (with the possibility of adding a camping cot for a child); a windowed bathroom with shower, two large covered terraces, one with a view of the Maddalena archipelago. In the living room there is a pull-out bed.
The residence where the accommodation is located has a large swimming pool, the beach at 150 m. and a small marina from which you can reach the Caprera and La Maddalena islands.
The structure, a short distance from Baia Sardinia, reachable on foot, is a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

Séjour très agréable
L'appartement est agréable et spacieux, très propre et bien situé face à la mer, belle piscine dans la résidence. Les instructions pour l'arrivée étaient très précises, et Francesco répond toujours très rapidement à toute question . Plage accessible à pied mais plusieurs autres plages possibles. Belle localisation pour visiter la région

Un très bel appartement
Appartement très bien, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La procédure d'arrivé est très clair. Il y a un parking sous terrain (attention la place n'est pas très large) et il y a la possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Pas de commerce très proche, il faut prendre la voiture (2Km) pour trouver un commerce. l'hôte est très disponible et réactif. La piscine est grande et il y avait peu de monde lors de notre séjour. De très belles plages à moins de 30 minutes de la location. La vue de l'appartement est juste magique.

Francesco est un super hôte, très disponible et la maison était très propre et son emplacement super. Nous avons passé une super vacance. À partir de la maison dans un rayons de 20 km on trouve les plus belles plages de la Sardaigne. Je conseil.

Appartement bien situé , propre , bien équipé avec climatisation, literie de qualité . Rien à redire , conforme à ce qui était indiqué dans l’annonce avec deux terrasses dont une donnant sur la mer et une derrière avec étendoir ( très pratique). Nous avons pu à partir de cet emplacement nous déplacer rapidement vers les plus belles plages du secteur et sites. Appartement que je conseille sans aucune hésitation.

Die Ferienwohnung war komplett, wie beschrieben. Traumhafter Ausblick, netter Kontakt mit dem vermieter. Alles tip top. Einziger minuspunkt: es gab kein WLAN. Für Jugendliche etwas schwierig, für Erwachsene eher erholsam :)

Semaine parfaite !!!
Un grand merci au propriétaire pour cette semaine exceptionnelle !!! L’appartement est parfaitement équipé de neuf, rien ne manque, la propreté est impeccable, l’emplacement idéal : cala bitta à elle seule réserve de beaux petits endroits isolés et paradisiaques pour profiter de la mer. La piscine de 30 mètres avec maître nageur, ses transats, son calme...est magnifique. Nous étions à 2 minutes de la baya sardinia avec des plages toppissimes. La présence d’un super marché peu cher et très bien achalandé à proximité est à noter !! Merci infiniment à Francesco le prioritaire et à Marisia pour son accueil des plus chaleureux !! Traumlage und -aussicht
Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und man genießt einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Arzachena, einen kleinen Yachthafen sowie den Badestrand. Alles war sauber und ausreichend Hausrat für die Ferienküche vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat jeweils fix geantwortet. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great Holiday
Wir , Familie mit zwei Kindern , hatten eine schöne Zeit. Es war alles wie beschrieben und gab eine tolle Check in Erklärung. Nur zur Info :Wer in den Pool will , am Besten vorher eine Badekappe kaufen. Ohne darf man nicht in den Pool. Bei uns waren sie in der Hauptsaison ausverkauft, aber haben es geschafft :) Francesco war immer erreichbar und hat immer sofort geholfen , bei Fragen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Top gepflegte Wohnung in Traumlage
Die Wohnung ist in absolut neuwertigem Zustand, hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders ist die tolle Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten, in der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick und die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage sind phantastisch. Der Strand direkt vor der Haustür kann zwar genutzt werden, ich empfehle aber zahlreiche andere direkt um die Ecke zu nutzen. Leider hat der Pool, welcher auch sehr schön ist, ab 30.09. geschlossen.Dies sollte im Inserat noch deutlicher beschrieben werden. Dies ist aber auch der einzige Grund warum die Wohnung von mir 4 Sterne statt 5 bekommt. Sonst ist alles perfekt!

Schöne FeWo Objekt in schöner Lage
Sauber, geräumig und Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und bietet alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist touristisch, besonders in den Abendstunden an der lauten Musik vom Balkon zu hören, aber ruhige Natur ist überall zu finden. Schöne Felsformationen, tolle Strände und Wälder finden sich in näherer Umgebung. Auto aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit der Gegend/Insel ratsam.

Fantastic holiday apartment
We traveled here as a family for a week long holiday in August. The property exceeded expectations. The location could not have been better-- we were a 20 minute drive from all of the top rated beaches in the area, in addition to the smaller, less crowded beaches close to home. The swimming pool was fantastic. It was huge and clean, and not crowded at all. Yes, you did need a swim cap, but it was easy to bring from home. The opening hours were quite lengthy, and even longer than what was initially posted, so that was a pleasant surprise. The property itself was as described. It had everything we needed, and was extremely comfortable. The balconies were enormous, and we loved having the ocean view. The host was responsive, and all communications were clear, including a very thorough information sheet containing info for arrival, use of appliances, pools, restaurants, etc.

To go back again
I had already stayed in this holiday flat (alone and with a rented car) for the first time and for ten days last June. And such stay was so satisfying to book for a second stay in September immediately upon my return. Among the advantages of this apartment: − Strategic location (on the harbour of Cala Bitta and a couple of kilometres far from Baia Sardinia) to visit some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and within a plain residential facility, cleaned and maintained with a large sheltered-from-the-wind saltwater swimming pool (perfect alternative option to the beach for the days of mistral) and a hot tub. (A swim cap is required to access to both.) A supermarket, an ATM and other shops are located just a couple of kilometres away from the apartment. − A spacious veranda with a panoramic sea view. − The sober, well-refined and unique elegance of the furniture together with the light, which pervades the flat entirely due to the two covered terraces, infuse an immediate feeling of pleasure, ease and comfort. − The kitchen and the bathroom (just redone) are functional and equipped with the essential. − Excellent quality/price ratio. − The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner for the entire stay are noteworthy. Not to be missed are the round trips by boat to reach the magnificent islands of the Archipelago of La Maddalena. Do not miss the weekly local market on Tuesday in Baia Sardinia, that one on Wednesday in Arzachena and the special and deserving one on Thursday in S. Pantaleo. Like most of nearby beaches to a port, the one in front of the Port of Cala Bitta does not do justice to the Sardinia. Therefore, go for visiting the numerous and spectacular nearby beaches. Among the must-see beaches: − Porto Sole, distant only a few-minutes walk from the apartment is the closest. − Baia Sardinia (2.8 km) where you can eat a delicious meal directly on the sea. Park at the free-of-charge Parking Place of Pines (Parcheggio dei Pini), and then walk down for a few hundred meters to the beach. − Cala Liscia Ruja (7 km) with its beautiful Long Beach; etc. In order to fully enjoy the surroundings, download the Coast App and the iSmeralda App. As far as I’m concerned, I’m definitely going back… ;-) Said that, how could I not recommend this solution to those who want an unforgettable holiday on the wonderful Sardinian Sea?

Wat een prachtig uitzicht over de baai!
Heerlijk appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien (vaatwasser, wasmachine, Airco). Zwembad is zout water en de badmeester is streng (badmuts, niet duiken, niet met bal spelen) maar heerlijk groot om te zwemmen. Gelegen in een rustig resort waar zelf niet veel is. Maar supermarkt en Baia Sardinia zijn binnen 5 minuten te bereiken met de auto. Een auto is wel nodig. 2 heerlijke weken gehad!
