+ + very calm
+ + the hotel is a beautiful mansion likely the home of a landlord surrounded but low houses transformed into rooms for tourists which might have been either homes for tenant farmers or stable, shed...
++ the restaurant has a beautiful terrace where it is very pleasant to stay. People are very kind especially the young man doing great cappucinos
+ good meals
+ a bottle of sparkling wine as welcome gift
- Far from Sienna (nearly 1 hour from Sienna)
- restaurant expensive for such a location
- - the rooms are not what is expected from a 4* : 2 rooms but not fully separated with an open space on the top of the separating wall therfore no possible reading when kids are in bed. Very dark (small windows). The chinmney is the way to get in for spiders
- -The bathroom is wide (10 m²) but is not what is expected in a 4*

Un hôtel de charme en Toscane , ou sérénité rime avec grande qualité , le tout accompagné d' une cuisine de grande qualité et un service parfait.
Idéal pour déconnecter.

Bellissimo borgo nella campagna Toscana
Publié le 2 nov. 2021 sur HotelsBellissimo borgo restaurato in cui soggiornare, immerso nella campagna ma vicino a molti paesi da visitare. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione del posto, l'accoglienza e il sevizio al check in, la buona colazione.
Bella struttura ma un po' poco insonorizzata (si sentiva il tv della stanza accanto) e qualche trave di legno del soffitto da restaurare (perdevano un pochino di polvere). In generale ottima esperienza.

Grazie, ma è impossibile isonorizzare le camere in una Villa del 700. Mi dispiace, spero torni e magari soggiornerà in uno degli Appartamenti Suite del Borgo.

Beautiful premises with a very nice pool but our room was a bit tired. The plumbing needed some work. The fridge did not work. The food in the restaurant is only average in taste though the presentation and service were good.

Usually in all the Hotel also in the new Hotel we can to be problem with the plumbing, you was bad lucky.
The fridge is perfect for the minibar, not for food. We are resort and not Selfcatering.
Our Restaurant is in the Michelin guide and we have very good dishes with only local product.
