Good location.
Posted Aug. 27, 2024 on HotelsWe love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square.

Albergo just off Square
Posted May 15, 2024 on HotelsJust one night but room had large bed with fresco at bed head. Lighting great and spa bath ( no time to use). Nice private patio. Breakfast great where we set a Tim to be served In restaurant. Stored luggage. Car parked in nearby carpark 5Euro with prepaid at Albergo.

complicated parking

After finding our way to the hotel (after having to call them because we had to go down streets that said "residents only" she gave us the name of a municipal parking garage, which was 6-7 km away driving... not as far walking back to the hotel.

Posted Jul. 29, 2022 on HotelsWe are travelling all Italy by car over 3 months and this was our favourite stay. Our host was Maurizio and he was most helpful. I hate constant air conditioning and this room had under floor heating and cooling which was perfect. 5 minute walk to great Restaurant, great food, wine and reasonable pricing. Many places to visit close by, and property served great breakfast and covered parking. Fabulous stay, we highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in Ascoli Piceno
Posted Jun. 10, 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel located centrally to the Piazzi's and shops in the old part of the city. Service was fabulous and the Italian breakfast was well presented. While the building is probably hundreds of years old, the hotel has all of the modern conveniences while preserving the charm of the past. Since it is located in the old part of the city, there is no parking nearby but that is part of the appeal...no concerns about traffic flying by the front door! The staff was helpful arranging taxis and giving tips for enjoying the area.
