Es gab eine Verwechslung des Zimmer und nur durch Hartnäckigkeit haben wir schließlich das von uns gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Der Blick vom Balkon des großen Zimmers ist sehr schön, leider ist der Balkon nicht schön möbliert! Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut!

Migliorabile l’organizzazione(é stato fatto un errore durante il check e c’è stato uno scambio di camera con gli altri ospiti). Migliorabili alcuni dettagli della camera.

Gentilissima Melissa grazie per la recensione. A tale proposito le espongo quanto segue: sono 20 anni che ho strutture ricettive ed è la prima volta che faccio uno scambio di camera. Lei comunque sapeva benissimo che quella non era la sua camera per il prezzo che aveva pagato ma ne ha preso possesso lo stesso. Nella prenotazione in Suo possesso era chiara la tipologia di camera scelta , ma lei non l’ha mostrata al Suo arrivo come fanno tutti. Comunque la ringrazio per i preziosi e generici consigli che ci da ma di cui non possiamo tenere conto visto che non ce li espone

Decor good. Comfortable. Very good Housekeeper who visited once a day!
Described as B&B Hotel - more like air B&B.
VERY poor breakfast! Small jar of cereal, croissants (left daily outside front door) with jams & yoghurt left in fridge.
No information on local facilities or services. (e. g. Car Parking rules are complicated & charges vary across town).

Hi sir, Thanks for your review. However, I have to clarify some things. I wonder where you have to leave the kinds of comfort for breakfast if not in the fridge .... I don't know other places where you can leave ... Especially if we talk about perishable products like butter, jam, fruit juice, yogurt etc. . With regards to the croissants we feel very proud of the pastry delivery service that leaves them outside the croissant door. I am sorry that for you it was a great inconvenience to open the door and be able to eat freshly baked croissants ... Regarding the collaborator who came to rearrange her room and whom she says she saw every day, being a very discreet girl and not having received questions from her about parking, the girl did not provide explanations ... But I assure you that Dagmara is very helpful towards guests and for this reason we always receive excellent reviews with excellent scores for this.
