There was construction going on and I’d been hoping to get a room with a pool. The staff first said they couldn’t refund us because of the third party pulling the funds but then switched to it is disclosed on the website there is no pool- I didn’t catch the news There was no willingness to help whatsoever by Travelocity either. My grandkids were hoping they could swim with us, but couldn’t such a disappointment.

Worst experience ever!

The room was dirty, bathroom had mold. Noisy outside. Woman at the desk seemed irritated. Part of the ceiling in bathroom was falling down. Mold by refrigerator. Beer cans on the steps going up to second floor. Absolutely a dump. Would never stay again!!

It was much different than the photos online but that’s totally expected. It was very run down with paint peeling terribly on the doors. The room itself wasn’t too bad seemed somewhat tidy. The bathroom was incredibly disgusting and there was only one towel per person. The toiletries were almost non existent. There was a micro conditioner bottle that wasn’t even full like it had been refilled. Weirdly enough there was a metal bottle opener attached to the inside of the bathroom door! The “spa tub/jacuzzi was really gross with so much discoloration that I didn’t even want to stand in it. Overall we won’t be back.

Ok breakfast. Loved the Irish cream creamer. Our room, 124, had been updated but abused by prior customers. I forgot to tell them the fridge needs turned down. It froze everything, even my blueberries. Oops. No big deal, nothing ruined. Check in and out staff both very helpful and friendly. Overall, decent overnight stay.

I give it a 4 out of 5. I would have given excellent across the board, but the sink was clogged and drained very slowly. I will definitely stay again , just fix the clog and the sink stopper.

The staff was excellent. Would have given a 4 star but for the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Everything else was good. The room was clean only the bathroom was the problem. Even the breakfast waffle was good. Especially the price of the stay.
