Clean, Good Value
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsPerfectly valid value for the price. I booked two nights, but my king room was not available when I arrived, even though I would have been penalized one night - that is, I had paid for it.
The second room I got had no power outlets and no lamp at the desk, so working on the laptop was tough.

It was clean and quiet. Our room had 0 wierd smells or stains. Everything worked until the last day the bathroom light stopped working. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. No weirdo people hanging around outside

A relaxing stay
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOverall it was very nice. I think the coffee pot had not been cleaned, but everything else was very nice and clean. For a motel if it's rating and price, it far exceeded my expectations. If traveling through Ashdown again, I would definitely stay there and recommend it to others.

Checked in at 2am and the desk clerk was extremely rude. She had been sleeping in an office/backroom and was in her pajamas. Very argumentative and didn’t want to check me in even though I had a reservation and had prepaid for the room. Then gave me a room which a single bed when I had reserved 2 double beds. She was very argumentative about that until I pulled up my reservation confirmation and showed her. Facility and roooms were nice, but customer service was extremely poor
