Wonderful stay, and a great location

NEARLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

we absolutely LOVED nearly everything about this apartment, including any communication with karen.
the only thing that brought the star rating down (which i hated doing): paper thin walls.
even so, we would consider staying there again as it checked so many boxes.
FABULOUS downtown location, ground floor food options, furnishings & decor, bedding, cozy chic factor, lighting options, soundproofing between floors (ironically).
getting back to the wall issue, if you go in knowing it's there, it could help.
you can actually hear every word from the neighbor and/or TV along one side of the apartment (living room/bathroom/bedroom).
it normally stops by 11pm and begins again around 8am.
aside from that, this is an ideal downtown asheville rental for a single person or couple.

A perfect, last minute booking!

We own our own rental property on the coast, and I’m in the travel industry where I travel all around the world viewing luxury properties. That all to say, I have stayed in many places. I was so excited when I found this condo, in the middle of downtown Asheville, above the food hall, in a beautiful historic building. I would call this a boutique condo- exposed brick walls, very cozy, yet full renovated and so comfortable. The host responded to all of my questions immediately and went above and beyond to be sure I had everything I needed to cook and bake a full Thanksgiving meal for my family.the condo was in a safe location, and walking distance to all the great bars, restaurants and shops. I already told the host that we’d be back. We loved it! Thank you!

Close to everything!
Publié le 24 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe so enjoyed our visit to this downtown condo. The check in directions were thorough and very clear, and the condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Karen was an absolutely amazing host, giving us general tips as well as information on closures associated with the hurricane aftermath.
All of her restaurant suggestions as well as bars and tasting rooms were fabulous, and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The food hall on the first floor of the building was fabulous, with the coffee and biscuit place, Flour, our absolute favorite.
Asheville was definitely ready to welcome
Visitors and this place was within walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything about this place is first rate! The unit is beautiful and super quiet considering it’s in the middle of downtown. Location couldn’t be better for nearby restaurants, breweries, etc. Great food and drink options are right in the building too (be sure to check out Flour for coffee and biscuits). Karen is an excellent host and kept checking to see if we needed anything.

What a lovely home!

Concert road trip

We were very pleased with the accommodations and attention to detail. Some examples were the stocking of the refrigerator with coffee creamers, frozen mugs and condiments. Thank you for a great stay!
