Apartment 201 at 80 LEX is professionally designed for an ultra-custom feel. We’re talking details like brick feature walls, custom upholstery, locally made mattresses, and a curated collection of antique and new furnishings. Vintage barware. Easy parking- One free designated off street parking space one block away.

When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.

You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:

Additional paid parking options:
Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first half hour is free and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX on Rankin Ave; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.

On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour . On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.

Loading Zones: There is one right in from If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

Exploring Asheville
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Asheville! The accommodation at 80 N. Lexington was the perfect location for exploring the downtown area since everything was within walking distance. The apartment was beautifully appointed with every need anticipated. Asheville has a lively art and music scene and this location is close to many popular downtown venues for dining and live music, as well as art galleries. Anyone wanting to explore Asheville for the first time would find this a great space since it puts you in the middle of the action while staying in a very comfortable and beautiful space.

The flat looks just like the pictures, so totally amazing. Great location, although parking is a bit of a hassle (although there is an hourly rate lot right across the street). But the unit is very well appointed, and you have pretty much everything you need for the trip to be a lot more than simply staying in a hotel. Given that we drank coffee at Izzy's, had dinner at the Indian restaurant, and went to the Crown and Quill speakeasy bar a block away, we kinda got spoiled by doing it all in the same block. Anyway, great unit--just like it looks.

Stellar Experience!
From the location, to the unit itself, you really can’t get any better than this place! We drove down for a concert at Harrah’s Cherokee center. The condo was quite literally on the street over. It couldn’t have been easier. The unit was stunning and the vibes were perfect. We will be planning another stay just to hangout in the unit longer and explore more of the city. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing stay in downtown Asheville.

Top notch downtown Asheville rental
This is really one of my favorite downtown Asheville rentals. You can walk everywhere yet they were careful to embed the bedroom inside in such a way as to reduce sound. Modern and very clean. Though no private parking, attend to the recommendation to use the Rankin garage. $20 a day and you can forget about your car, as you won’t need it. I’ll come back to this one.

My husband and I rentwd this loft as a place to escape life for a bit. It was everything we needed it to be and more. The location is perfect. Walk outside the door and there are shops, restaurants and bars very close. The loft was cozy and cool and well decorated. We enjoyed french pressed coffee each morning and spent our time with a balance of activity and rest. We will definitely stay here in the future. Also, we made one suggestion about updating the pillows on the bed as they were a little flat. The property owner delivered 4 brand new pillows by that evening. This was our favorite vacation in years. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a getaway weekend and this place is incredible! The location is so perfect there really is no need for a car if you are just exploring the city. We did use a car for a drive to the Biltmore and a winery, but after that we explored by foot. The apartment is decorated perfectly and was extremely clean. The coffee, sweetener, cream was greatly appreciated. The kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to cook, but restaurants and breweries are in walking distance. We have nothing but positive reviews! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Perfect!!
Oh my gosh we fell in love with this place. Perfect location in downtown Asheville. We walked everywhere! Super clean and easy check in process. Bed was soooo comfortable and loved the shower. We appreciated the extra touches like available toiletries, extra outlets, full kitchen, bottle of wine, etc. My boyfriend kept saying how good of a find it was!!! We will 100% be back!!

Immaculate loft & thoughtful touches. Perfect downtown location.
Our stay at this property was perfect in every way. We attended the 4-day 2023 Love, Shine, Play yoga festival and we could not have chosen a better location. Everything was flawless, starting with the communication from the host to the unexpected (and very appreciated) complimentary bottle of wine and snack bars we found upon arrival. The loft was modern, spotless and well furnished and the host's attention to detail to make guests comfortable is remarkable. Highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was beautiful and clean and close to all things downtown. We were greeted w snacks/coffee/tea and a nice bottle of wine. Bed is super comfortable and bedroom is so dark you might accidentally sleep in, which is great bc you’re on vacation! Would book again, worth the price for sure.

Absolutely beautiful and well appointed apartment within easy walking to downtown Asheville’s shopping and restaurants.One of the nicest units I have ever rented. Check in was a breeze. Unexpectedly quiet given its central location. Appreciated its security measures for access. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Nice attention to detail with regard to provisions: loved loved loved having nice coffee in the french press! And the locally made bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!
