Sleepless in Asheville.

Didn't sleep at all lots of nosies in the hall headboards banging. Then fire alarm going off at 0700am but i was already awake. It was a false alarm but the person didn't know how to turn it off.

We regret and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with lack of sleep due to noise from the hallway and the false fire alarm activated early hours of the morning by burnt toast in the breakfast room activating the smoke detector. Rooms were disgusting, carpet was damp, room had a terrible odor. We could not stay in the room provided due to the odor.

If you had mentioned this to the front desk, we would have gladly moved you to a different room and taken the affected room off-market for a thorough cleaning and refresher. Our maintenance department has addressed this concern and implementations have been made to prevent any future occurrences. We hope you will give us the opportunity to service you better in the future.

It was perfect with all amenities, services, cleanliness and location. Breakfast was very satisfying. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was extra luxury to enjoy
