The pool area has not been properly maintained it was empty with dirt, trash, and an amenity that is included with the stay was not impressive. The breakfast menu was very limted with pretty much only one selection and nothing else.

Loved the bed. Room was great too. One elevator is a problem. I was on the 5th floor and waiting during the morning was a pain. A couple of times I walked the stairs.

Liked ɓreakfast, big room, convenience. Lack of hot water. We had no hot water in our jetted tub so could not use. Leaky toilet, had to flush toilet sometimes 3x, which we did not report anything until we checked out. Floor didnt look like it had been cleaned. Had some stuff on it. Carpet in hallways need cleaning or replaced. Staff was wonderful
