Experience the best of city living with this charming and modern 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit located on the fifth floor in the heart of downtown! This residence features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Mom and daughter trip before college
Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Sophie will be at college in Mars Hill and we will definitely be back to stay on trips up to see her. Our only problem was that we have two cars and keeping up with parking for the second one was a bit of a pain. Totally not your fault though, thank you.

Spring Asheville getaway
We had a wonderful four day stay in this condo in Asheville. The unit is well located and is only a 7 to 10 minute walk from downtown. We enjoyed the balcony which has a great view of the mountains. The designated, secure, parking space is a real benefit. The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and great large towels. The bedroom has outlets on each side of the bed, which is great for plugging in devices. The building is very quiet, and the hallway appears to have new paint and carpet. A security code, which is provided by the owners is needed for getting in the building and using the elevator. We like this level of security; it was not an annoyance. in addition to downtown Asheville, we went to the nearby, North Carolina Arboretum, and the UNC Asheville Arboretum. If baseball season had started while we were there, we probably would have gone to an Asheville Toutists game. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Next time we come to visit Asheville. It is a good value for the money. Jim and June

Cleanest VRBO ever!!
This property is centrally located. Many restaurants and local sites within walking distance. Having a private garage and entrance was great and felt safe. The decor is beautiful modern and comfortable. I had a problem with check in, my fault; but the property manager replied quickly and showed concern for my well being. I would recommend this place without reservations. First time I have felt so positive about a VRBO.

The property was in a central location for downtown restaurants, close to McCormick field which was the reason for our visit. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had an issue with dryer which was taken care of right away. Definitely worth the stay

This is a nice property with good space and nice, upscale finishes. There were a few maintenance items that had been neglected but, overall this was a great option for our short 2 night stay. Instructions for accessing the property were good and everything worked as advertised.

A Great Getaway
The view was fantastic from the condo, yet I could still walk through downtown. It was exactly what I was wanting location wise to get the most out of Asheville. I took a trip by myself and loved that every part of the building was secure and could only be accessed with a code.

The property was exactly as advertised. No more than a 10-12-minute walk to all the downtown area restaurants. Close to a park as well with a few hiking trails. Also only a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Biltmore estate. Nice to have covered parking. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend.

This property is awesome! Great location in close proximity to everything. Great views from the 5th floor. Serene and relaxing! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze. Very secured with a coded garage, lobby, elevator and front door. A great getaway!

Beautiful downtown location
Beautiful clean & updated/new building & condo unit with great security (required code to enter garage & building). Very clean & they were following/enforcing local health ordinance at the time to require masks in all public spaces. Great view of the mountains & very easy walking to anywhere downtown. Parking in the garage was very nice especially considering downtown parking is often expensive & challenging. Condo was perfect for 2 of us & could likely easily accommodate a small family with 1-2 kids sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. Only complaint is that the king bed in the bedroom was very hard & the pillows were terrible. Only 4 very small pillows on the master bed & they were not even standard size pillows. We used the 2 spare pillows from the closet that were meant for the pull out bed in the living room but both my husband & I found ourselves very sore in the morning due to the hard bed & terrible pillows. If a soft mattress pad & better pillows were added we would absolutely stay here on our next trip to Asheville! We love visiting Asheville!
