I did not like parking my car in the shopping center parking lot. There were too many smokers near the front entrance. Our room was excellent and the staff could not have been better.

I have family in Asheville. My partner and I stayed at Country Inn after the hurricane hit, during Thanksgiving with my extended family. It was very nice after a 10 hour car ride to be able to have a complimentary hot meal at the hotel. I loved all of the amenities the hotel provided. My partner especially loved the gym & pool. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Fantastic Holiday weekend in Asheville
Everything was wonderful, but the heat didn't come on the morning of 11/30 when it was very cold outside. We tried everything and it didn't work. We were leaving, so we let it go. Aside from that, it was wonderful stay!

The hotel is operating under difficult conditions in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and the lack of potable water. Still, I was surprised that they did not provide any written or posted instructions/explanations about the quality of water coming from the tap and the very limited level of services that guests could expect. The hotel also appeared to need a thorough cleaning and refurbishment.
