Asheville gem
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst of all, this is a first-class property. The process of taking an old property into a great condo was extremely well done. Very comfortable, high-quality finish out throughout. Lots of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. You are literally right downtown, walking distance to shopping, culture sights and dining. If you are not used to city noise, you might want to consider the provided ear plugs. This is a great property but remember the parking issues (about 2 blocks away - $12 per night). We would stay again just because of the quality of the place.

Asheville Experience

Amazing Rental in a Perfect Part of Downtown
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything about this rental was perfect. I especially liked how responsive the property manager was and how easy she made the process - she was one of the best ever.
Love how this rental is in a quiet part of downtown - even though you're still downtown. The unit itself is the perfect size for a couple - really great.
The parking idea to park in the county garage down the street worked well.

Completely Charmed
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwaySooooo fantastic. Even walk from parking garage was easy. Loved how building access worked. Wonderful decor and space. Balcony was to die for. Enjoyed people watching over morning coffee. Sleeping with windows open was heavenly. Felt completely safe. Apartment gets a little warm in the afternoon, but blackout shade are on every window. Finally, location, location, location. Easy access to all of downtown.
