One of the elevators was out of service and mad for a much longer walk. Their cookies were good. Night staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. Close to downtown and the Biltmore. A lot of restaurants within 5 miles but no sit down breakfast restaurants. No microwave!!

Our team takes pride in providing warm and welcoming service, so it’s great to know their efforts made a positive impression.However, I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your stay. I understand how this may have made getting around the hotel more challenging, and I apologize for any frustration it caused. I also regret that you found the lack of a microwave in your room and the absence of sit-down breakfast options nearby to be disappointing.Regarding breakfast, while it is not included in the standard room rate, we strive to offer a variety of quality options for our guests. Your feedback on this and the microwave is valuable, and I will share it with our management team as we look to improve our guest experience.It’s great to hear that you found our location convenient, with easy access to downtown, the Biltmore, and nearby restaurants. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide an even better experience.
