It’s exactly as the rest of the reviews state! Great location and very clean! Cannot beat it for the price! We were by the street so we heard road noise all night but overall a great stay!

It's a Five Star, 2.5 Star place

Clean, safe, and comfortable enough. The building's finest days are certainly behind it, but its location is unimpeachable. Zero frills. But the value was there. Probably will not stay again,but would recommend to a budget conscious traveler.

Thank you for staying with us. Improvements are an ongoing process. Recently, we have made many significant investments in the property. For example, we have stocked our guest rooms with new furniture, carpet, mattresses, wallpaper and appliances. We also installed a new parking lot elevator adjacent elevator that gives our guests quick access to their rooms from the parking lot at the cost of $500,000. We have installed new RFID electronic lock on all of our guest room doors. We have also installed new heating/ ac mini split units in all our rooms at the cost of $450,000. We have installed a new roof on the main building at a cost of $250,000. We have installed fiber Internet services at the cost of $30,000. We have installed a fire sprinkler system and alarm system at the cost of $350,000. We have installed a new stairway tower at the cost of $600,000. We have also remodeled our breakfast area at the cost of $50,000. We have also replaced the lobby floor, lobby furniture, and lobby pictures. We have resurfaced and striped the parking lost at a cost of $7,000.

All about location

Location is great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. But late night traffic is loud on Patton St. and the crosswalk signals beeped all night. Next time we will try to get a room on the back side of the hotel. Very clean room. Nice people. Slow elevator. Great price for the location.

The property was clean, well located to the arts district, and the parking was secure. Check-In went as expected and the staff made accommodations for my late checkout needs. Positive experience.

Great hospitality

Very friendly workers and business. We had to cut our trip short by a day and was unexpectedly reimbursed for the night. That was very good business in my opinion. We appreciate their kindness and will definitely stay again when in the are.

Dated, loud, but oddly clean

The building is in need of a lot of renovations but you get what you pay for and we wanted cheap. All of the drop ceiling’s were stained and looked as though they were going to fall down at any time. The elevator in the lobby was super sketchy. Someone walked up and down the outside balcony’s all night beating something super loud on the ground. Very very loud street noise if you get a room on the street side. But the rooms themselves, though dated, were super clean and the hotel is in a great location. All in all if you’re looking for something cheap but clean, this is a great choice.
