Excellent hotel. Convenient situation, close enough from restaurant and highway. Staff very friendly. Bright colours everywhere. Very good breakfast!

Modern, clean, kind people at the reception and at the breakfast buffet… really a very pleasant stay.

I reserved Glo on Expedia.com the weekend, I was to attend and work a festival & then ended up stuck at this location during the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene, the staff there was excellent in providing guests what they could given the uncertainties. Yes, I would definitely stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

We were staying at the Asheville GLO when Hurricane Helene hit. We lost electricity and water. Although I think the hotel should review and improve its preparation procedures (e.g. no lighting in stairways and no support for the front desk), I thought everyone made the best of the situation. In particular, we commend Thea who worked multiple shifts and managed as well as possible.

They did their best considering that because of Helene there was no running water, electricity or phone connection

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was mediocre same thing everyday. Not walkable. You will need a car to get around. Would recommend this hotel.
