Thank goodness for this place

We stayed here the Friday night of Hurricane Helene. We were booked to tour the Biltmore the next day. It was a godsend to get off of the road and into a clean room with a roof and a door. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The young lady (and her husband) at the front desk were amazing!

Accommodations were great except a couple of things. First, the queen size beds were firm but made noises every time you moved and that is annoying. Secondly, the breakfast could have more variety (i.e. danishes, more choices for cereal, juice that is not watered down).

I will not be using Expedia again. There are two hotels called Hampton Inn (Biltmore) and Hampton Inn (Biltmore (area). Went to the wrong hotel. My daughter had a blowout and needed a shower asap. We could not drive to the other hotel. It was an emergency. So we ended up at the other hotel. I called the hotel and told me they were completely booked and this was great for them because other people have been looking. So they were not going to charge me. Then they called me back and told me that, sadly, Expedia would be charging me. I tried calling all I got was automated system stating that I was out of luck.

Our stay at Hampton Inn and suits was wonderful. We were welcomed when we came in and from that time on everything was very pleasant. Great room and breakfast.
