Front desk ladies (one tall, one from Tampa) were fabulous! After a very long drive/trip, and several hotel stats, it was refreshing to receive such a warm and kind welcome. Asheville is still in recovery, so the "surrounding area" isnt perfect, but we will definitely visit this property again.

Excellent property location, extremely clean and desk staff were wonderful. We had a room with windows facing Hendersonville Rd. It wasn't terrible but you could here traffic and loud cars go by. Glad I travel with a sound machine otherwise I may have asked to change rooms. Outside of that, everything was perfect!!

Motel was clean and the staff was great. Our sink drain stopper did not work, but I was able to get it to drain manually. We sill stay there again on our next Biltmore visit.
