Nicely located hotel. Fridge was noisy and strangely there was a waterflow sound that could be heard from within the room due to the rain outside.

No complaints with the hotel overall. Only issue was my husband was ill and we had to checkout a day early. Was told by staff that Expedia does not allow refunds. Will probably book direct from now on.

We stayed here as part of a visit to the Biltmore to see the Chihuly glass exhibit. Everyone was very friendly, the public and room areas were clean and well accommodated and the rooms were nice and quiet. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Very accommodating. Extremely close to Biltmore Estate. Lovely breakfast. Nice bar area to sit and talk/play cards with others in our group.

Attractive and comfortable.

No good place to run nearby
I had a room with a tub - but had to run the shower to fill it - which made a mess — unacceptable
