Awesome property
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice, clean, modern condo across street from New Belgium Brewery. Numerous other breweries and excellent restaurants within 2 mile radius.
Property was clean both inside and out. Parking in rear of building right outside your door. Inside is well maintained and well equipped.
We had issue with our TV. Called agent and she was there within 15 minutes. She could not fix the issues, so she went and bought a new television and installed it while we were out. She then checked back with us later to verify TV was working property.
Excellent property and highly recommend River Row Flats when visiting Asheville.

Perfect location & great communication
