Felt less than great

Good location. Pool was closed since May. No heads up provided or I would have gone elsewhere. Rooms were not adjoining or even next to each other. My room smelled like a wet mop. Adam from maintenance came up, agreed it smelled weird, but couldn't do anything about it. He was great, (not his fault). Hotel couldn't change our rooms to another floor or move me to a room on the same floor. Refrigerator was warm when we checked in. Had to crank it up. It should be cold when you check in.
