Spectacular Views! 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville-Huge Fenced Yard-Hot Tub

This newly remodeled amazing ranch style house really has it all! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum and two minutes from the outlet mall. The living area and kitchen have recently been remodeled so that the beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room! It has a large heavenly hot tub, pool table, TV/Movie room with 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, huge privacy fenced backyard with fruit trees and fire pit and an outdoor screened in porch. Tony and I live 20 minutes north of this house so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE FOR A BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTY. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND WE CANNOT HOST GUESTS WITH A SIMILAR TYPE OF CELEBRATION PLANNED.

The kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and dishes/glassware, small appliances (including a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker), utensils, cookware and spices. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The large master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king size bed, an attached half bath and a 40" TV. The other two main floor bedrooms each have queen size beds and the main full bath is easily accessed from the hall. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. The living room has two large leather sofas and a 55” Smart TV with streaming Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level living room brick gas fireplace and the lower level electric fireplace will provide you with plenty of warmth on those chilly mountain evenings. Charcoal grill and plenty of seating on the deck which overlooks the backyard and long range mountain views. Screened in, covered patio next to house with festive lighting and large picnic table with seating for 8. Huge fenced in back yard with fruit trees, berry bushes and large fire pit. You can bring your dog (up to two for a $75 dog fee)-please no cats. In addition to the bedroom, the lower level is a walk out to the back yard and has a pool table and a TV room with a 70” Smart TV and leather sectional. Just out the sliding doors is the hot tub. Lively downtown Asheville is less than 10 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. On the southwest edge of Asheville, you're minutes from the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its many trail heads and spectacular views. Biltmore Village and Estate is 15 minutes away and trendy West Asheville with it's funky shops and restaurants is about 5 minutes away by car. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.
This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing, peaceful vacation away from the demands of city life.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. This property had it all. It was close enough to the city where the drives were convenient but far enough away that you felt like you were immersed in the surrounding nature. Comfy and convenient to Asheville

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hot tub. The house was clean and well appointed. It was great to have two areas (upstairs and downstairs) for people to hang out. We stayed here mainly to see a show in downtown Asheville, and it was a quick 15 minute drive into town. We also found plenty of places to hike within 1-2h drive (drive time was increased due to road closure/damage outside of town, not near this property).Hosts were very responsive.The house is convenient to several grocery stores and restaurants while being tucked back in an area that does not see much traffic.I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Asheville!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. All the amazing sites to see in Asheville is no more than 20 min away. View of the mountains are gorgeous. LOVE the huge fenced backyard - our dogs had a great time running and playing ball. Close to Biltmore, hiking and shopping. Felt like home. Definitely would visit again. Quiet Thanksgiving

Staying in Bent Creek was a very quiet and fun filled week. The fire place was nice to use during the cold weather. If you like to shop, the outlet's there are fantastic deals. Wonderful space for family

We had a great time staying at this location. We had some issues with the lights but this was dealt with promptly. It was clean and had plenty of room and hang out space. This property was perfect for our family. The location is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes south of the city. If you like to hike and bike most the trails are south of town. The start of the Blue Ridge Parkway is just down the street and the Arboretum is around the corner.

An Asheville jewel!

Our family, including our chihuahua, had a great stay in this immaculately clean, well appointed home. Birgit was so helpful, kind, and communicative before, during and after our stay. The house is thoughtfully stocked, with useful details (places to hang towels and coats, grab bar in the shower, clean, spacious drawers and closets, well stocked kitchen). The floors, cabinets and kitchen table are lovely wood. Mid-century modern furnishings match the house. Beautiful vintage tile in the baths. Amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. My wife and I met our two adult children families w/toddlers in Asheville. We found that the Epic Mtn view property was very clean and comfortable and met or exceeded (hot tub) our expectations based on the description. we didn’t have any issues that required assistance from tony and birgit but we felt like they would be available efficiently if needed. Wonderful, relaxing stay

This house was well situated for all our Asheville travels. We received easy instructions on how to get there and how to enter and use the property. It was clean and bright and there were lots of thoughtful touches (ie, plenty of towels, blankets, games) that made this place feel like a second home. We loved all the kitchen gadgets and spices. The view was gorgeous and hot tub was relaxing. Our dog had plenty of room to roam in the fully fenced yard. We felt this was an incredible place to stay and we would stay again!

BEST ASHVILLE RENTAL PERFECT LOCATION

We stayed here over Fall Break and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room for everyone and the dogs loved the huge yard. The house was very clean and well taken care of even for an older home. We loved having two living spaces and all the couches and beds were very comfortable. The storage area with laundry was so helpful as we could store the mountain bikes inside at night with our worry. The neighborhood is so quiet and you feel like you’re very far out of the city, but everything was 15-20 minutes away. There were some great trails in Pisgah Forest that we found really great for walking the dogs. I personally found the Rice Pinacle Trailhead to be a great trail to walk the dogs on, and it was 5 minutes from The house. The Ashville Outlets, Ingles grocery, Chipotle, Starbucks and more are only 3 minutes away yet we couldn’t hear the traffic. I can’t recommend this house enough and we will definitely rent again next time we go to Ashville. My kids deemed this their favorite VRBO rental ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
