Staff was lovely, tied our cords nearly with a cute ribbon, ice and chocolate at our door in the afternoon. Friendly staff. Can’t complain.

A 53rd anniversary gone bad
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe were offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 53rd anniversary. It never arrived until late in the evening after we had asked for it before dinner.While dressing for dinner a turn down was offered but as we were dressing we asked the lady to please come while we were at dinner. She never came back. In the morning we had to take cold showrers because there was no hot water. The front desk gave us a financial credit but the room still cost over $500 and it cant replace a problem filled 53rd annivarsary.

The Inn of Biltmore has beautiful views, great restaurant for evening dining and breakfast buffet.

The room was lovely. The staff were all friendly and courteous The shuttle drivers were entertaining and prompt. As a senior, being dropped off close to the mansion as well as the other buildings, was extremely helpful to me. Even though we had a car, the shuttle was a great way to get from place to place on the Biltmore property.
