The outdoor of the entrance was bad because of the renovations.
But the indoor hall was pretty.
And the entrance by the garage was more convenient.

Our night clerk Yamil was absolutely awesome. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to help anyway he could. The hotel was undergoing renovations .So we didn't get to enjoy the amenities, but we do plan on going back.

Even though there is considerable construction, the services and cleanliness was not affected.

Even with renovations going on during stay the stay was great. Staff was excellent, room was updated and really nice. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Would book again!

Hotel is doing renovations at this time but was clean and work hours stopped at 7pm.
The staff was great easy in and out and lots of food close by

We were told several days before our trip construction and no indoor pool / hot tub every thing around us torn up should have gotten a discount but close to biltmore so we didn’t attempt to change it

They are renovating the property but it had minimal impact on my stay. I was in a newly updated room and it was wonderful. The shower was large with two shower heads. I was spoiled by the modern updates. Staff were nice and knowledgeable I would stay again

We are from Virginia and stayed here for 5days and it was an excellent and amazing experienced.Staff was so nice and had an excellent, above and beyond customer service.
Property very clean, safe and convenient.
