Il ont facture 10 $ par jour de plus que le tarif envoye par Expedia, j en suis rendu a ma 3 ieme note avec expédia pour me faire rembourser, les frais de stationnement quotidien de 15$ n était pas dans la proposition d expédia, bien qu afficher sur le site de l'hôtel au bas d une 3ieme page sur le site...

Recommend getting a room not facing the roadway. Loud vehicles throughout the night.

Questioned about service dog
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsHotel looks nice and overall stay was good. The room smelled funny maybe moldy and hallway smelled strongly of cleaner or air freshener. If traveling with a service dog they will illegally ask you for documentation and possibly still question you after providing it.

Nice new hotel with very friendly staff

One drawback, it is next to the highway and that made it noisier.

Asheville downtown. Location near downtown but separated from downtown by freeway offramp. Not a problem for me byt sketchy for sure-dark and desolate. Room was clean. Front desk solid. TV was disconnected and no soap in shower.

Very clean and modern hotel within walking distance of downtown. Very convenient location for an Asheville trip, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Safe and secure hotel, with an extremely friendly front desk staff.
