auberge avec un charme suranné - le lieu est paisible, le personnel est très dévoué et sympathique, le wifi fonctionne très bien dans l'ensemble - cette auberge a beaucoup de potentiel mais on voit qu'elle a mal vieilli, elle aurait besoin de rafraichissement, de modernisation tout en gardant son côté champêtre - on y a petit déjeuné 2 fois : le café y est vraiment imbuvable et triste qu'aucune offre d'expresso ou autre café spécialisé comme un cappuccino, ne soit disponible - le petit déjeuner est relativement copieux mais très ordinaire - on y a soupé une fois : assiettes généreuses, bon dans l'ensemble mais sans plus, rien de gastronomique et de recherché. Probable que le contexte de pandémie a un impact aussi (manque de personnel

Je vous remercie pour votre réponse. You are right, the Inn has been affected by the pandemic, preventing us from preparing the four-star dining we are accustomed to. We, like many, are looking forward to the end of this Covid chaos. I will share your comments with the other departments so they may address your concerns.

We are celebrating our 50th anniversary so you will be able to appreciate that our buildings have been here for quite a few years and will not smell the same as new construction.

We were switched to another room/building, due to wasp issue, not sure if room was equivalent to what we booked but not an upgrade. I know buildings are old, but they could use some sprucing up. The grounds and gardens are kept nice.

We wanted to be sure none of our guests were affected by the wasps and I can assure you the room you were given was of equal value.

Beautiful grounds and location Staff very friendly and helpful. Classic rooms are too small for two people. Stairs to the second floor are hazardous with a heavy wooden door to open. There is no bar service after 10 pm and no vending to get a drink.

Thank you Elizabeth. Our Classic rooms are compact for the traveller that just wants to lay their head down for the night. We make sure our guests know that there are stairs and no elevators. Our bar service ends once the dining room is closed.

Beautifully landscaped, quietly tucked in beside the river. Food was AMAZING. Pool was delightful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the area was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The room and facility are very dated and some areas were not clean. Our shower had hairs on walls and tub. The room was in the same building as the pool and had a strong smell of chlorine.
