Pre paiement plus caution au check in
Publié le 22 sept. 2022 sur HotelsRien a redire sur l hotel en lui meme, chambre et petit dej correct. Personnel courtois qui ne fait que suivre les instructions d en haut. La grosse deception vient du fait qu on vous demande de payer la chambre au check in , pas au check out avec empreinte de la carte en garantie comme c est la norme, plus £50, donc €200 a debourser avant meme de voir la chambre. Du jamais vu!. Les £50 sont rembourses si tout va bien le lendemain mais delai de 3 a 5 jours bancaires pour recuperer.

We stayed twice in a period of a week at this hotel and BOTH times the front desk staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They have parking issues and availability here and the staff are very unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t just to us however, I heard them being rude to another elderly guest and his wife checking in. If it wasn’t for location, we definitely would not stay here again.
Duty manager “Mihai” and front desk irena were two of the 4 unfriendly staff with no customer service skills.
Note to upper management, retrain your staff if you want to have return customers. I’ve been a Hilton member for 5 years and never been treated so poorly.

Dear Michelle,We are sincerely apologising for the lack of courtesy from our reception staff. This is in no way our standards and we will investigate the circumstances of the issues and remind all our staff the need to show excellent customer service at all time.Our car park does not have enough space for all our rooms. This is why we have a pre-booking policy. This policy is made clear on all our booking website, including Expedia. We monitor daily our car spaces and on the day if we are fully booked we will need to strictly only allow cars that have been pre-booked. On your last stay our car park booking was showing fully booked and we still had a lot more guests, with space pre-booked, to check in. Even if we physically had some empty space at the time of your arrival, all the spaces were pre-booked. This is why we could not at first offer you a space. I believe that at the end we allowed you to stay in our car park.In any case this does not forgive our staff attitude. Please rest assured that the people concerned will be spoken to.Once again we sincerely apologise to your past experience and hope to be able to provide you with our excellent customer service, that we are known for, on your next visit.Kind regards
