Très bon accueil, vue très sympa.
L'hôtel est juste un peu vieillot d'apparence et en équipement de chauffage...mais sinon tout s'est très bien passé.

Emplacement : Petit village sympa, mauvaise saison pour profiter du lac!
Parc aquatique dans l'hôtel, petit déjeuner au top, chambre confortable, bien insonorisé, vue sur le lac...génial avec les enfants!

Beautiful scenery, I needed more air, I felt damp and warm but my hubby said it was just me! Nice room, I liked being on the first floor and walking outside

Average cleaning and pool area was mediocre. Indoor pool too cold and hot tube too cold. Customer service was minimal. If you went to the front desk you always needed to ring a bell for service. Was never a person to greet you as you walk in. Door keys did not always work including in the pool and side doors. Breakfast staff appeared to care and took time to clean windows so you could see the view of the lake. If you walked past an employee they did not greet you or acknowledge you. Could improve on staff availability and being approachable.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was ok. The bathroom was run down and in bad shape. It was very over priced for the room. I paid over$600.00. I should have been charged prolly half of that price. Breakfast was not good. All heated up from frozen. For $300 a night, the breakfast should have been better. Also, room said it had a lake view, and it did, however all the outside games were right outside the window. Families were looking right in the window most of the time, i had no privacy!

The hotel was nice. The pool area was large, but the slides were not longer operational (which they told us about prior to arrival). Breakfast options were great!

Enjoyed the pool(s), beach, and outdoor games for kids. Everyone had a fun stay.
Property and rooms are getting a little dated. Concern that they're falling slightly behind on upkeep (no dock or waterslides anymore, several arcade machines don't work).
