Hottest day of the year. Would not open the pool. Was not clean. Very poor internet connectivity. Go to Ashland every year. Will never stay there again

Thank you for staying with us Lisa. We really don’t understand what you’re talking about during this hot weather forecast all other guest Enjoy our pool. And you were telling us it wasn’t open. It’s possibility that you try to open after hour. Pool hours are from 9 AM till 8 PM and about cleaning what wasn’t clean. The period that you stay we were completely sold out no other guest complain about Internet connection. Any problem that you had you could’ve just come to the office and we could’ve taken care of it right there.
