DON'T DO IT!
Publié le 28 août 2021 sur HotelsThe service and amenities were nonexistent. Stayed two nights and received no maid services on 2nd day. We had to call down and ask for towels. They left two large towels and no hand towels or face cloths Didn't empty trash when they left the towels but did leave two extra bags for us to change out. Room was outdated, feeling paint on walls and ceiling. Total lack of attention to details. Towels were paper thin and discolored. Found king gray hairs throughout the room when we checked in. Glad to checkout and be gone!

Motel said 3 day rate was $332.24 and Expedia charged $505.xx. Room was never attended, had to beg for towels, no security, arrogant desk clerk (owner). Motel was mostly vacant even though most motels were sending customers there, and most of the ones we observed looked and left! Never again!

Don't stay here!
Publié le 10 août 2021 sur HotelsThis was hands down the worst place I've ever stayed. I wasn't expecting much but this place was horrible. I new it would be dated and a litle shabby which I can overlook if everything is at least clean. The bathroomwas the worst with visible mold on the walls (health code violation?) filthy shower curtain and tub. if I thought I could have found another place I would have left. I endured it because I was looking at less than a 12 hr stay. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Unable to cancel stay due to filthy room and evidence of bedbugs then was double billed by hotel. Absolutely awful experience. Do not use this property or you will regret it.

This place is the biggest dump I've ever experienced. Wouldn't have stayed in the room if it were only $20/night, let alone what they were charging. It was moldy, dirty, and smelly, in addition to just being kept poorly. Beware of bedbugs and other critters that are able to enter the room through the crack in the door (when it's closed). Owner stated he would refund our money (we couldn't stay in the room), but he went on to charge my card anyway. Horrible, unscrupulous business practices, and unsanitary room conditions. Run the other way!!!

Your room number was 21 and your friends having a car issue and want to leave with them because you are sharing ride with them that's why you want your refund and your booking with expedia please call them to contact us for your refund
